Objectives of Ferry County Search and Rescue

• Response to persons in distress has long been an honorable and charitable tradition. The unpaid professionals in the Ferry County Search and Rescue team have carried on this tradition of helping others by dedicating their time, skills, equipment and resources...so others may live.

• The Ferry County Search and Rescue team is actively working toward the development of improved coordination and communications among federal, state, local, and other volunteer groups.

• One of our goals is to aid in the implementation of a total integrated emergency response, rescue and recovery system.
